Based in Mobile, Alabama, Ian has 20 years experience in International Business and Finance. Having joined the Inchcape Group in London in 1987, he moved to Mobile in 1996 to take on the Inchcape Shipping Services CFO role for North and South America. In 2001, he was part of the management team that purchased the Liner Business from the Inchcape Shipping Services UK parent. He is an FCCA (Chartered Association of Certified Accountants), holds a degree in law from University College Dublin, Ireland, and has a postgraduate in Marketing.

Milo Prado is based in Mobile, Alabama and has 28 years of both domestic and international steamship industry experience as well as a strong background in operations and information technology. He worked over a 12-year period for Inchcape Shipping Services, including both land-based operations and information technology related projects. Mr. Prado spent the last 8 years managing the development and implementation of World Trade System (WTS), an ocean carrier software package. He began working for ISS as a line manager, was promoted to Long Beach Port Manager and was seconded to the Far East to handle special projects. Milo Prado also spent 8 years working in various positions for Barber Blue Sea, starting as an equipment control clerk and leaving as their logistics manager for the West Coast operation. He holds an economics degree from San Beda College and an MBA degree from De la Salle University, both based in the Philippines.
