	Fesco Agencies N.A., Inc., a subsidiary of the Far Eastern Shipping Company Limited Vladivostok, which is Russia's largest and most experienced steamship line, has extended its contract with WTS Agencies. The contract covers the handling of all backroom agency services, including documentation, equipment control, intermodal and terminal operations, vessel husbandry, voyage accounting functions, claims, systems and quality assurance, effective immediately.

	WTS Agencies Inc., previously the North American liner business of Inchcape Shipping Services, announced today that its web-based application suite, designed specifically for ocean carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to conduct business with their shippers and consignees, delivered its first bill of lading via the Internet.
