data populates the bill of lading, eliminating most of the

Offers the ability to view and proof bills
of lading via the Internet. This feature provides the most

It’s possible to save (PDF Format) and to print Draft,
Original (to order bills, for letters of credit, etc.), Non-Negotiable,
Invoice, Express and Way Bill of Ladings over Pre-Printed
Form or White Paper. Moreover, print all of your ready BLs
at once with the new batch print option. From this option,
you have the ability to send BLs via e-mail. |

A shipper can look up available vessels and
voyages based on origin, destination, and proposed shipment
date. The Book Me button jumps straight to the booking window
to initiate a booking request. |

voyage 24 hours a day. A booking confirmation number is automatically
generated for the shipper. All voyage and vessel information
is filled in automatically and can be copied with user-friendly

WTS-i is also ready for mobile-device commerce.
If your mobile phone or PDA device is Internet-ready and your
service provider can add WAP Internet service to your account,
you can access M-commerce features. You will be given the
option of shipment tracing, getting your notifications list,
or viewing your voyage’s executive summary. |

WTS-i provides a reporting system for carriers.
Web Report is a powerful, easy-to-use reporting tool that
transforms your shipment data into useful information. Starting
with Bookings or Bills of Lading, users can filter and sort
information on recent shipments. Web Report allows the user
to produce reports on demand, or scheduled daily, weekly or
monthly (the user picks the day). Reports can also be sent
to an Excel spreadsheet file for further analysis. |

This Internet module allows customers to see
their statement of account online, pay their freight bills,
view and print their bill.
Also customers can see their credit limit, open balance, most
recent transactions, and the aging of open items, with a few
clicks they can pay interactive their bills and automatically
see their balance reduce. This module will use a payment gateway
from Verisign. |
